Selected creators agree to: - Provide high-quality products that match the visuals and descriptions submitted in the application. - Respect the retail prices agreed with the KANAL shop, ensuring consistency across all sales channels (direct sales, e-shop, other points of sale). - Ensure regular restocking where possible, to maintain product availability. - Respect the delivery timelines agreed with the shop team. - Provide all necessary information for product presentation and sales (description, materials, origin, production method, etc.). - Accept a 30% commission excl. VAT on sales made in the shop (part of which will be reinvested in workshops and training to support the transition towards a circular approach). Creators may terminate the collaboration in the following cases: supply issues, low sales, disagreement between the parties. Termination must be notified in writing to Laetitia de Villefagne (ldevillenfagne@kanal.brussels) at least 1 month before it takes effect. KANAL commits to: - Offering visibility in the KANAL shop for a period of 4 months, renewable. - Supporting you in developing your products, promoting practices aligned with a regenerative economy. - Providing a store manager for the sale of creators’ and artisans’ products in the shop. - Supporting you in developing your products, with a focus on local and circular economy practices.
